To prevent cheating only one vote/IP-number is counted within 24 hours.
If you see your votes in go down it probably has to do with the anti-cheating mechanism.
If someone with the same IP-number votes for the same site multiple times in a day, the cheat prevention will subtract those extra votes. As the cheat prevention only runs once per day it will look like your site is losing votes.

In the recent months, WTC Free WebCams has adopted a new "Zero Tolerance" policy against webcam sites with adult content as well as webcam sites that have excessive popup screens and/or use automatic voting scripts.
Since that time a number of members/abusers have had their accounts terminated by us.
